Bob Emiliani recently shared a treasure trove of Taiichi Ohno's late teachings and reflections:

From late July through early September of 2024, I spent a great deal of time translating and reading four Japanese language books about Taiichi Ohno and writing blog posts that highlighted key passages from the books and provided critical commentary on each passage. The four blog posts, combined, are a lengthy 32,000 words comprising 58 pages. The translations are revelatory and add much new information about Taiichi Ohno, his goals, his thinking, and his methods that led to the creation of the Toyota Production System. Ohno-san’s work, in part and in whole, remains relevant today and for many years to come.
