The fertile potential of boundaries

The boundary between the organisation and customers is one of the most fertile ares for innovation, exploration, and experimentation.

But it is all for naught if there are no pathways to take all that learning from the edge and feed it back to the core of the organisation.

So, invest in routes and systems that allow the edges and center to communicate effortlessly.
