It's been a few years since my last post on Planet Lean, which was focused on using games to teach lean thinking. I'm happy to share a new piece, this time focusing on the power of visual thinking:

In this article, I talk about three practical applications of visual thinking that aim respectively at:

  • rapidly testing our assumption and preconceptions;
  • asking deeper and more pertinent questions; and
  • distributing knowledge that needs to be regularly used.
