What have you learnt this year?

Here are a couple of questions to guide your reflection:

• What were some of the biggest successes you've had this year?
• Why do you consider them to be successes? What made them so? What did they mean to your business and/or life? How did they come to be? What could you do to repeat them? What will you do?
• What were some of the biggest failures or misfortunes you've had this year?
• Why do you consider them to be failures? What made them so? What did they mean to your business and/or life? How did they come to be? What could you do to avoid them? What will you do?

As always, I suggest you work through above questions using pen and paper. Make sure to archive your answers, so you can revisit them some time in the future—and learn something new from your past self.
