Quickstart: Rapid idea testing

Learning quickly is one of the best ways to reduce uncertainty and improve the quality of decisions. I often write about business experimentation, but today I want to share a lighter method for quick inquiries:

  1. Begin with reading "3 generic steps to test any idea" to learn basic steps for testing any business idea.
  2. Then perform "Rapid assumption scan" to surface the most critical assumptions. Investigate and question them.
  3. Finally, follow the "How to prioritise insight rapidly?" guide to structure and make sense of this new insight in order to decide what do to next.

Above can be done in two hours, a minuscule investment for massive returns. Why not give it a try next time you have an idea?
