Visualise the abstract

Visualising ideas, concepts, plans, makes it much easier to discuss the aforementioned. Further, using visuals helps with storytelling, as we work through the visual representation of what we know, what we wish to share, and what we want to focus on.

Making squiggly lines takes very little skill, while allowing us to build a more complete picture of the situation at hand. There is also a wealth of visual inquiry tools, like the Lean Experiment Canvas and Business Model Canvas, which anyone can use regardless of the artistic talent.
