The ubiquity of quality

Quality, in its true and original meaning, is all encompassing.

Quality principles can be applied to any process, in any environment, and for any cause. I've been leveraging everything I know about quality to innovate faster, outstrategise competition, and drive change that sticks.

Imagine how delighted I was at the Kvaliteta360 conference where above came to the fore. Professionals shared their experiences with making business better in a myriad of industries.

For example, Tash Pericic spoke about improving systems and growing people in the hospitality, while my friend Filip Stipančić talked about how organisations can use open innovation to solve their burning issues.

Innovation, another topic close to my heart, is often considered at odds with quality. But that couldn't be further from the truth. They are in fact mutually reinforcing paths toward creating value for customers, businesses, and society.

P.S. If above resonates, then you might appreciate Dogmabuster: On Why Improvement Versus Innovation is Nonsense and Supercharging Innovation with Lean articles.
