- Give it to a trusted peer, ideally your level or higher.
- Ask them: "Does this make sense to you?"
- Shut up and listen.
And if you feel extra bold:
- Ask them: "If I asked you to implement this strategy, could you?"
- Shut up and listen.
No need to defend your beautiful document.
Soak in the feedback, and use it to improve your strategy.
