Sweat the right details

Innovation is about dealing with uncertainty. Obsessing about the right details, those the matter most for the idea we are working on, is very much worth the effort. But anything else? Waste of time at best. That is why we must consciously focus on the greatest risk within our innovative idea or project or initiative. Therein will be the details we should care the most about. Even more importantly, those will be the details which will help us move the idea forward the most. Or terminate it early, should we find evidence warranting so. Sweat the details, but make sure they are the right ones.
