On misleading duality of creating value

Improvement and innovation are not two extremes on the same continuum. In fact, they have much more in common than one might notice at first glance.

Being a practitioner of both, it is only fitting that my first article for theleanmag is Dogmabuster: On Why Improvement Versus Innovation is Nonsense.

I cover how they are alike from process, organisational, and value perspectives. I also include advice on how to bring these two areas closer together, as well as meaningful way of distinguishing between the two.
