On keeping records

A good number of innovation projects will fail. But that doesn't have to mean time, effort, and resources in them go wasted. That's why it is important to keep solid records of insights and learnings from the project. That way, even a failed project can generate value in the future, be it by allowing us to avoid past mistakes, or build on some kernel of insight that is now more valuable than before.
