Innovation is about creating value for someone.

That someone is determined by you, the innovator.

This step cannot—should not—be absolved nor delegated, because it holds an answer to many questions you will face during the innovation process.

And most importantly, by knowing who are you creating value for, you know whose feedback matters the most.
