Some things don't change.
If customer behaviours seem fickle or opaque to you, I suggest you to try on several different lenses:
- What problem are your customers trying to solve?
- What need are they trying to satisfy?
- What outcome are they trying to achieve?
Dig deep into the above, for they don't change so often. A need for warm and safe home, full belly, and good time has been around for a couple of millennia.
