Last year I have read 47 books. Those books inspired around 118 ideas, of which I have roughly implemented one third, discarded another third, and archived the remaining third.

I am not telling you this to gloat. After all, there are others who read much more than me. No, I am sharing this with you in order to illustrate one of the important innovation lessons.

But first, allow me to tell you a bit more about how I read.
