On Importance of Interaction
Here is one very simple truth:
Innovation requires interaction.
This is simply unavoidable.
Given that innovation is about creating value for someone, then the fastest, cheapest, and most direct route is interacting with that someone.
If we are innovating for end customers, then we must interact with them. Get to know their needs, desires, realities. Get our creation in their hands. Establish two way communication and exchange of experiences.
