On Standardising the Known
"Hmmm..." I muttered as I drew my fingers across greasy lamp above the stove top. It was caked with dust. "Hmmm..." I grumbled as I opened kitchen cabinets only to find them yellowed instead of washed. "Come, see this..." I hailed the person showing us the apartment.
Toilet bowl was brown—hasn't been properly washed and scrubbed in years—and large, wet wipe was floating in the drain. Now, those of you who use wet wipes for cleaning might guess where this is going. "Sorry, but this is a bit of a problem. Wet wipes do not disintegrate in timely manner. Therefore, they are not allowed to be flushed down the drain. That can cause stoppage and other, related, issues."
