THE INNOVATOR'S ATTITUDE
Volume 3 · Issue 4 · April 2024
A monthly newsletter with the objective of helping leaders innovate profitably by providing them with best practices, models, and different perspectives.
One system, few roles
Innovation practices I write about are connected.
Rarely will they deliver spectacular results if implemented in isolation, completely disassociated from your everyday business.
Think of them as a part of an innovation management system—a network—of activities, practices, and people.
Together they make a cohesive whole that produces great results with relatively modest inputs.
Although exact parts of such systems are unique to each organisation, we can abstract several elements that are almost always expected.
