Based on how things are developing, "human touch" or perhaps even mere "human presence" will become part of all premium, high-margin value propositions. Conversely, "human absence" will become an elemental building block of cost-focused value propositions. Can't wait for a new era of horrendous, cyclical customer support, where the machine keeps repeating the same, wrong answer. O Fortuna!
