Nurture momentum

Innovation leaders spend a great deal of energy and effort to overcome the organisation's inertia. Created momentum must not be taken for granted—in fact it should be treated as a drop of water in the driest desert. It should be maximised to its full potential. Only then will there be a chance to maintain the innovation momentum much needed for breakthrough innovation.
