Similar but different.

Innovating ≠ Managing Innovation

Innovating at scale and managing innovation at scale are two distinct activities. To confuse them is to waste time, money, and effort.

Although they overlap, each also has challenges unique to it. But most importantly, the latter acts as enabler for the former.

With proper innovation governance and accounting, effective, efficient, and profitable innovation becomes more likely, and thus, more predictable.

That's why any organisation serious about their corporate innovation efforts must ensure to concurrently develop their capability to both innovate and manage innovation.

For the past decade I've been helping business leaders bridge the above gap to unlock innovation potential in their organisations. Contact me if you too wish to innovate profitably at scale.
