Three key ingredients for destitution pie.

Ignorance isn't bliss

Three surefire ways to make the business suffer more than necessary during dynamic and difficult times:

  • Ignoring the bigger picture. Putting one's head in the sand is rarely a good strategy. Observing and withholding your actions, on the other hand, can be quite wise.
  • Ignoring the cash flow. Having a lot of assets is cool. Not having liquidity for daily operations and instability is not so cool. Can be expensive, too.
  • Ignoring the employees. Those closest to the work and customer usually have the most relevant improvement ideas. Denying them is to deny business to grow.

Leaders have much to gain by paying attention to the above.
