Don't lose your cool

When going gets tough is not a time to lose head and freeze.

When crisis and turbulent times come it is important to remain as calm as possible, at least in the initial moments of shock, because this allows for better decisions.

Do note that I'm not saying that you must be slow and deliberate for so long you go out of business.

Rather, it is about refusing to be swayed and overwhelmed by strong emotions and react by ignorance or blind panic.

Neither of those two are good for the business.

Nor for you.
