Dare to ask

When the world keeps moving at an astonishing pace, asking the right questions—again and again—is what is sorely needed. In case the right question is not apparent in the moment, then we can ask any of the following three to kick us off:

  • What is our intent?
  • Why are we doing this?
  • What needs to be true in order for us to succeed?

The aim of asking is to learn, not to assign blame or gridlock further progress. Through learning and clarity we can formulate informed action. Rinse and repeat.
