Innovation demands questioning the status quo. Anyone with a sliver of corporate experience knows that questions aren't always welcomed. Answers sometimes even less so. And that is saying it gently.

But answering questions to lower risk and develop the idea into a valuable product, service, or business is part of the innovators' job. Hence why tenacity and gumption are valuable traits when considering your innovation lead.
