The roadblock removal cycle

Have you run into an innovation roadblock?

Then cycle through these three questions until you overcome it:

  1. What insight would be most helpful now?
  2. How might I develop that insight as quickly as possible?
  3. How might I develop that insight as cheaply as possible?

Cycling through above questions help you pinpoint where to begin after you reach an impasse, what is the most important thing to learn at the moment, and how to learn it efficiently.

It is quite likely you will have to go through several rounds of answering your own questions before you successfully overcome the roadblock, hence I why cycling is important.
