On full sentences

If you are trying to document insight that is to be shared with and used by others, then full sentences are your best ally.

Not bullet points.

Describe the context, the matter at hand, what have you done, what have you learned, and what have you concluded.

Read what you've written, remove all padding, and store it somewhere easy to access.

Keep repeating long enough, and you'll create a true source of competitive advantage.
