Between 70% and 90% of all innovation investments fail to generate any meaningful returns, let alone create outsized results most dream of when they hear "innovation."
Cause?
Organisations themselves—for inadequately vetting ideas, inadequately controlling funding, and worst of all, for failing to recognise all innovation investments must be actively managed, else they are no better than gambling.
For the past decade I have helped business leaders innovate profitably at scale in a number of industries: defence, maritime, energy, healthcare, publishing, financial services, manufacturing, and more. By focusing on the pragmatic approaches that create results, I have helped my clients unlock €1 billion in new revenue and expand into €28 billion in new market opportunities.
Now, for the first time ever, I am offering senior leaders a unique capability-building experience to master innovation management in twelve intense sessions. Think of them as small-group workshops with high level of participation and very practical orientation.
If you are an executive, manager, or senior leader tasked with leading innovation then you will benefit greatly from Mastering Innovation Management. That is especially true if you are measured on innovation results as well.

Structure
Each session will be 90 minutes long. We will begin with a deep dive into the topic. Then we will follow up with a practical hotseat.
Each week one person will present their case, relevant for the topic, and I will offer in-depth, expert feedback. During the programme every one will get to be in the hotseat at least twice.
Between the sessions you will work on your specific issues, developing them for the hotseat. You will have unlimited access to my assistance via email and phone.
