Innovation is work

Wishing things into existence requires hard work.

Innovation is work

The only way to do exercise is to get up, travel to the designated training area, and then do the exercises. Day-dreaming about them can be helpful (especially if you are doing mental repetition) but is not in any way, shape, or form a replacement for actually exercising.

Dreaming up ideas, scenarios, and possible futures is wonderful, but not sufficient to actually innovate. That requires us to bring these ideas out of our head and into the world; to share and evolve them; to develop and mature them. Otherwise they will remain ephemeral, wishful thinking.
