Join me on September 20th, 11:00 CEST (UTC/GMT+2), when I'll walk you, step-by-step, through a simple process for evaluating ideas and innovation projects.
You can use the process I'l
l teach you regardless of how mature (or immature!) your current innovation management system is. It works with companies large and small, as well as ideas of all sizes.
Even better, due to its pragmatic and lightweight nature you can easily plug-it in with your existing processes and procedures.
It will take me approximately 45 minutes to walk you through the process. Then we will have Q&A until you run out of questions. If you wish you can send your questions in advance as well.

This will be an online session using Zoom. You will receive a copy of the recording which you can watch at any time, and as many times as you like.
