Two things you must know about innovation

First, it’s a skill. That means anyone can get better at coming up with ideas, testing them, and transforming them into products, services, or businesses models of value.

Second, environment matters more than you think. Rewarding curiosity and inquisitiveness, encouraging people to act contrary to established beliefs and the “way we’ve always done things,” and refusing to punish those whose ideas fail can go a long way.
