Attend conferences and fairs, read trade publications and magazines, invite guests* to your internal events, schedule one-to-one conversations with your peers, go to local (or online!) meetups...
Truly, your options are endless!
And here is the trick for getting the most from the above learning opportunities: share your notes with peers, engage with the topics, and have a conversation with each other.
The more you are exposed to various ideas, the more of them you'll have.
*In my experience, authors of research papers are very happy to share more about their insight and key findings, especially in an intimate setting. Remember that you are inviting an expert, not an entertainer.
