If I’ve learned anything about innovation in the past decade, then it’s the fact that it is extremely dependent on people. 

There is just too much uncertainty, too many unknowns, and too many permutations, to create one-size-fits-all cookie cutter innovation processes. 

On the other hand, people can handle all of the listed challenges. Especially if they have access to the proper tools, systems, and support.
