Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a metric which integrates availability, performance and quality metrics. It is also an important part of a successful [TPM](https://web.archive.org/web/20190123034423/http://theleanpresentation.com/category/lean/lean-tools/tpm) implementation.
