Our goals, our results

A business is an ecosystem, so why think "my goals, my results?"

Be it personal performance, department targets, or strategic objectives, goal setting is a collaborative activity.

When done in isolation and enforced upon others, then you cannot complain about "lack of ownership" and "disengaged workforce."

When done together, in multiple voices and world views, then you end up with goals that are genuinely understood and have truly shared ownership.
