Becoming aware of your own blind spots, assumptions, biases, and weaknesses is as important as knowing your strengths. There are many ways to do so: journal and reflect on your thoughts, ask your peers to offer candid feedback and observations, do any of the many self-assessment tests available online.

Really, the difficult thing isn't finding your blind spots, but rather, accepting the findings and taking action. Whatever might come out of it, remember that this ought to be a continuous effort, for you are always evolving.
