Secret to corporate innovation is no secret at all—unison of organisation's strategy, objectives, innovation vehicles, capabilities, and systems.

It doesn't matter how innovative your product teams are, or how great your IT is, or how agile your procurement is, or how lean your supply chain, or how excellent your customer service is, if they are all running in their own direction.

Less of *"one true way,"* and more of *"hey, how do we get there, together?"*
