# A matter of perspective

Is it just me, or does it really seem like great majority of incumbents are trying really hard to use AI solutions to create crappier services cheaper, instead of augmenting the business to deliver more value, better? 

Majority seems to be sweating minor solutions like chat-bots, hallucinogenic LLMs, and similar, pursuing efficiencies in parts of the business which already are efficient. 

They would gain more by focusing on big, critical areas, where their experts can be most augmented by AI solutions in order to create even more value.
